These terms govern your use of milorn.com and every purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We have kept them plain. If anything is unclear, write to us before you order.

1. What We Sell

Every MILORN piece is shaped from natural material — six-path wood, nine-path wood, or dried gourd — and finished by hand. No two pieces are identical. Grain depth, color, and ridge character will differ from photographs. This is not a defect. It is the evidence that your piece was selected, not manufactured.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping, tax, and duty. There are no additional fees at delivery. We do not discount, and we do not run sales. Payment is processed securely by PayPal — you may pay with a PayPal account, or with a credit or debit card without one. We never see or store your payment details.

3. Orders

We pack and send within 48 hours of your order. On the rare occasion your order finds us between replenishments, the wait may extend up to five days before your piece is on its way. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion before it ships; if we do, everything you paid is returned immediately through PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders travel from Chengdu to the United States by YunExpress dedicated line, six to eight days, door to door. You receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves our hands. Customs is handled within the line — there is nothing further for you to pay, and nothing further for you to do.

5. Returns and Refunds

Every piece carries our Thirty-Day Seal: while the seal ring is unbroken, the piece is returnable, for any reason, within thirty days of delivery. The full terms live on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, and design on this site belong to MILORN. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping, no interference with its operation, no unlawful activity of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MILORN's liability for any claim relating to a piece is limited to the amount you paid for that piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

We would rather talk than litigate. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we answer within one working day. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs your order.
