Before You Write
Shipping & Delivery
All orders include shipping, tax, and duty. Delivery to the United States takes 6–8 days via YunExpress. You will receive a tracking number by email when your piece leaves our hands.
Sizing
If you are between sizes, choose the larger. The wood does not shrink, and a bracelet that rests is better than one that grips. See the full guide here.
Returns
If the piece arrives flawed, photograph it and send it to us — we will replace it, and the original stays with you. If it simply does not feel right in your hand, you have thirty days to decide, provided the seal ring has not been removed. The full terms live on our Care page.
About Your Order
Include your order number if you have one. If you are writing about how the wood has changed since you began wearing it, we want to hear that too.
