Refund Policy

Every MILORN piece carries our Thirty-Day Seal. This page sets out the formal return and refund terms behind that seal. For the story behind these terms, and for how to live with your piece day to day, visit our Care page.

1. The Thirty-Day Seal

From the day your piece is delivered, you have thirty (30) days to decide. The condition is simple: the seal ring must be unbroken. While the ring holds, the piece has never been worn, and it is returnable for any reason — everything you paid comes back.

2. The Seal Ring

Each piece arrives closed with a small one-time ring. While the ring holds, the piece is still, in every sense, new. Once the ring is removed or broken, the piece has begun its life with you — and returns close. Wood that has been worn, even briefly, cannot be offered to another. A ring that has been removed and reattached is considered broken. This applies to every piece, without exception.

3. Starting a Return

To begin a return, email us at milorn2026@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We answer within one working day with the return address and instructions. Pieces sent back without prior contact may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Please send the piece back with a tracking number and share the number with us — we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your returned piece arrives and the seal ring is confirmed unbroken, we issue a full refund of the purchase price to the PayPal account or payment method used at checkout. We do not charge restocking fees. PayPal typically posts the credit to your account within a few business days of our issuing it.

6. Pieces That Arrive Flawed

If you open the box and find the piece flawed — cracked, misshapen, or damaged by the journey — photograph it and write to us at milorn2026@outlook.com. A new piece leaves the bench, selected by the same hand. The first stays with you; nothing comes back. In this case, the seal rule does not apply.

7. Holiday Extension

Orders placed between November 15 and December 24 carry an extended seal: while the ring holds, they are returnable through January 15 of the following year. All other terms on this page apply unchanged.

8. Repairs

MILORN does not offer repair or restoration services. Wood that has been touched cannot be taught to speak to another. If a piece arrives flawed, Section 6 of this policy applies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs your order.
