How your piece travels from our bench in Chengdu to your door in the United States.

1. Processing

We pack and send within 48 hours of your order. We keep a small number of finished pieces; on the rare occasion your order finds us between replenishments, the wait may extend up to five days before we send it on its way. If this happens, we will notify you.

2. The Journey

Your piece travels from Chengdu to the United States by YunExpress, a dedicated cross-border line that handles both shipping and customs. The journey takes six to eight days, door to door. You receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves our hands. There is no separate customs process for you to worry about.

3. No Extra Fees

The price you see includes everything — shipping, tax, and duty. There are no additional fees at delivery, and no surprise at the door.

4. Where We Ship

5. If the Journey Runs Long

If your tracking stalls, or the journey takes longer than expected, write to us at milorn2026@outlook.com. We answer within one working day.
